Intern with Colorado Behavior and Learning Group

Dependable. Experienced. Caring.

At Colorado Behavior and Learning Group (CBLG), we believe that true care goes beyond therapy sessions. Our mission is to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, teens, and young adults with diverse needs. We proudly serve learners ages 2–22 across in-home, center-based, school, and residential settings, offering specialized support for clients with high-intensity interfering behaviors.

CBLG is owned and managed by a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), creating an environment where mentorship, consultation, and continuous learning are at the core of everything we do.

Why Choose Our Internship Program?

Our Graduate Student Intern Program is designed to prepare the next generation of behavior analysts with the skills, confidence, and professionalism they need to succeed. With 30+ BCBAs and BCaBAs on staff, interns gain direct access to expert supervision, coaching, and mentorship

  • Contribute to student-led projects that improve systems, develop clinical tools, and foster community collaboration.

  • Assist with RBT onboarding and training presentations to strengthen leadership and teaching skills
