CBLG follows a triannual policy for updating availability. In order to ensure consistency for our clients and their families, we will be accepting availability requests no more than triannually (three times per year). The deadlines for these requests will be January 1st, May 1st and August 1st. ​However, please keep in mind that new hires are expected to commit to the availability they were hired with for at least 6 months.

CBLG also requires 4 weeks’ notice for all on call changes unless increasing availability or emergencies. For In-Home, you must be a current RBT and want to be considered for fill in sessions as needed. 35 hours required for available insurance coverage.


Time off requests must be submitted in advance to allow time for approval and schedule replacements to be made. Please keep in mind that time that you take off is not guaranteed back to you in the form of makeup sessions, office projects, etc. Someone else may make up those client hours. Excessive absences will result in disciplinary action up to, and including, termination. Maximum of two staff out per day at each center location.​​
